By accessing and playing on the WoW Sea private server (hereinafter referred to as "WoW Sea," "the Server," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "player," or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

Respect all other players and staff members. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Do not engage in any activity that disrupts the gameplay experience of others, including but not limited to:

Naming conventions for characters and guilds must be appropriate and not offensive.
3. In-Game Economy and Items:
We reserve the right to modify or adjust the in-game economy, item availability, and drop rates at any time.
We are not responsible for any loss of in-game items or currency due to server issues, rollbacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Exploiting the in-game economy or item systems is strictly prohibited.
4. Server Availability and Modifications:
We strive to provide a stable and enjoyable gaming experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the Server at any time, which may result in temporary downtime.
We may change server rates, rules, and content as needed to maintain balance and enhance the gameplay experience.
5. Disclaimer of Liability:
WoW Sea is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
You acknowledge that playing on a private server involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences.
We do not hold any responsibility for user account compromises, including but not limited to hacks, phishing, or password sharing. It is your sole responsibility to secure your account credentials.
6. Intellectual Property:
WoW Sea does not claim ownership of any intellectual property related to World of Warcraft. All rights belong to Blizzard Entertainment and their rightful owner.
All the server core and module hosted in WoW Sea are owned by the creator.
WoW Sea operates as a non-commercial, fan-made project.
7. Donations:
Donations are made by player decision and their own decision only.
Donations do not guarantee any special privileges or advantages within the game.
We do not offer refunds for any donations made.
8. Changes to the Terms of Service:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
Continued use of WoW Sea after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Termination:
